Dr Inica graduated from RMIT University in 1999. She has worked in Victoria in Melbourne, the Latrobe Valley and Geelong where she established State of Balance at the Lighthouse on Porter in Highton.
In 2021 Dr Inica moved to Tasmania, following her heart, and now in 2022 she begins another new chapter where State of Balance will have a second home In Cradoc in the Huon Valley
Dr Inica uses a technique called Neuro-Impulse Protocol (NIP) which is an approach based on neurological function and brain plasticity and essentially works to enhance brain-body and body-brain connection and coordination..
It’s simple, it’s gentle and an incredibly effective approach to restoring muscle and body function.
Dr Inica is a registered chiropractor with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and received her qualifications at RMIT. She is also a member of the Australian Chiropractors Association and is in the process of completing certification in the Food Matters Nutrition Certification Program
Having grown up in a family with 3 sisters and then having 2 daughters of her own, Dr Inica has a special interest in women’s health and family health. She is also an advocate of wholefood nutrition and lifestyle, although she can always be tempted by chocolate (usually dark these days) and some other “not so great for your health” choices. She definitely acknowledges we are all on a journey and loves to assist people in becoming better, healthier versions of themselves by making one healthier choice at a time to achieve their state of balance.
